Most projects cost $15–$40/month to run on Vercel + Supabase/Neon at small-business scale. You own the hosting accounts (or I can provision them for you). The optional Care Plan covers the monitoring, updates, and small tweaks — you don't have to think about it.
Launch Page is 1 week from deposit. Quote Machine is 2 weeks. Business Portal is 4 weeks. Custom SaaS starts at 8 weeks. These are calendar weeks, not business days. You get a live preview link every week so you see real progress, not promises.
Every project comes with 30 days of included support for bugs and small adjustments. After that you're offered a Care Plan that covers hosting, monitoring, backups, and a capped amount of change time per month. You can also walk away with the code and manage it yourself — no pressure.
P1–P3: 50% deposit to book the slot, 50% on delivery before code transfer. P4 (SaaS build): 40% deposit, 30% at MVP, 30% on launch. All prices in AUD ex-GST — GST added on the invoice if applicable.
No. Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed timeline. Hourly punishes efficiency and caps income at time. If you need work outside the agreed scope, we write up a variation with a clear price before starting — no surprise invoices.
Yes. The studio focuses on Australian trades and fabricators because that's where we have the most proof, but if you're running any small business that's losing hours to spreadsheets and generic tools, we should talk. The same packages apply.
Invoices are issued by SkyProjects (ABN provided on invoice) and clearly separate ex-GST and GST amounts where applicable. You should confirm with your accountant how software purchases are treated for your business.
