Who we are

SkyProjects is a software studio operated as a sole-trader business in Australia. This policy explains what information we collect when you submit an enquiry on this site, how we use it, and your rights.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number and business name, your selected package, the free-text message you send, and your consent to be contacted about that enquiry.

We also collect basic server-side analytics (request time, approximate country from IP, page visited) to understand aggregate site usage. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

How we use it

Information submitted via the enquiry form is used solely for:

• Replying to your enquiry about a SkyProjects package or service.
• Sending you a fixed-price proposal if we agree it's a fit after a call.
• Issuing invoices and managing a project if you become a client.

We will not add you to a marketing mailing list. We will not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Storage & security

Enquiries are stored in a secured PostgreSQL database hosted in Australia. Access is restricted to the founder. We retain enquiry records for up to 24 months to meet our own record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email hello@skyprojects.au and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
